The Automobile Association of Singapore (AA) is pleased to announce that our outlets at AA Centre, GB Point and Broadway Plaza will reopen to the public on 4 July 2020, with heightened safe distancing measures and capacity control in place. This is in line with the safe reopening measures under Phase 2 and to safeguard the health and safety of the community as well as our staff.
Our counter services at GB Point and Broadway Plaza outlets will operate with shorter opening hours from 10.30am to 8pm daily; while AA Centre will operate from 9am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. Do take note that the last transaction across all outlets is at 7.30pm. The Winners’ Club which is available at both GB Point and Broadway Plaza, will operate from 10am to 11pm daily, with limited number of pax allowed in the Fruit Machine room. However, other recreational facilities, such as Karaoke Box, Game Room, Children’s Circuit and more, will be temporarily suspended till further notice. Besides our Vehicle Recovery / Roadside Assistance Service, which has been operating during this period, please note that we have resumed our Motoring Services, which include Scrap Car Service, Technical Advice, Car Evaluation, Car Valuation and Pre-Trip Inspection. In line with the safe distancing measures, public access to AA premises will be limited through selected entrances for better facilitation of temperature screening. Patrons who visit our outlets must observe the Ministry of Health’s advisories such as the use of SafeEntry for check in and check out, mandatory wearing of mask, as well as practicing of safe distancing measures.
To ensure that our outlets remain safe for our visitors, cleaning and disinfecting at high-traffic areas and all contact points are carried out at intervals. Hand sanitisation procedures for all visitors will also be implemented. We would like to take this chance to assure all visitors that the Association has been conducting temperature screening twice daily for all staff, to safeguard the interests of both our staff and the community.
