I had a flat tyre on 3 October 2023. I was assisted by your helpful staff, KUMAR. He drove over and efficiently fixed the problem. He was courteous and assuring throughout, which helped to calm my anxiety down. AA Singapore is fortunate to have a service-oriented and kind staff like Kumar.

CATHERINE who attended to my SOS call was also friendly and helpful. A big thanks to both of them.
