I want to provide my sincere thanks to CATHERINE from the call centre and the friendly tow-truck driver, Mr TEE HAI SING for assisting with the towing of my car.

Catherine was very professional and provided a sense of calm while helping with my ResQMe request. The tow truck driver was also friendly and reassuring – he towed my car to the workshop without any mishaps. It was a great way to start my day so kudos to both staff for being a beacon of light and help in time of need.
