I rarely write compliment letters but I have decided to take a few minutes to pen down my appreciation for the service rendered by your support team on 2 September 2023.

Your service staff that came to my rescue on 2 September 2023 when my car broke down, lit up my miserable day. They arrived within half an hour and this is by far the fastest waiting time that I have ever experienced. The younger member of your service team, Mr IDROS changed my puncture tyre, not only efficiently replaced the puntured tyre with the spare, but also went above and beyond by investigating the root cause of the puncture. He was also able to advise me the estimated cost of the repair. Throughout the service, he maintained a cheerful smile that alleviated my anxiety and it feels good to be serviced by someone who takes pride in his work.

I would also like to commend the older member of the service team, Mr NURAMIN – he learnt that I only have one cashcard and forego the charge for the parking rates. Thank you!
