I will like to thank Rose from your call center for being empathetic and your mechanic, MR ZHENG who was lovely. The lights of my car was left on when my friend brought me back from the hospital but when I noticed it, it was too late.

I had no choice but to call for roadside assistance on the eve of Lunar New Year, but within 15 minutes, a lovely gentleman came. He arrived and fixed everything with a smile, assuring me that my battery and my car was in good condition.
