I called AA at 10am as my car could not start.

The Call Centre agent Ms SULIATI was polite and pleasant, making me feel at ease even when I was concerned about my car.

The Mechanic, Mr ISMAIL, was professional and friendly when he came to attend to my car. He identified the issue quickly.
