Dear AA,

As an AA member for more than 2 decades, I want to write a few words of appreciation for Ms Bernice Lee, Membership.

She provided me with excellent service with a personal touch when I renewed my membership over the phone, difficult for me at this age when there’s an emphasis on Digitisation.

I would not be able to renew my membership with Bernice’s help. She is quick to understanding my needs and provided her helpful service efficiently and effectively.
