The Singapore Edition’s afternoon tea presents a selection of savoury and sweet delights inspired by the five main ingredients that make up punch: spirits, spices, citrus, teas and sugar. The experience begins with a signature Welcome Punch, where guests can select from organic Jing teas or free-flowing punch bowls Ruinart champagne. Savoury creations inspired by punch take centre stage, starting with amuse bouche of duck foie gras in a crispy tart and poached lobster atop blackcurrant and hibiscus tea gelee.
