The iconic restaurant has curated an exclusive four-course menu for the occasion featuring some of their best dishes along with two complimentary glasses of either the Cousino-Macul Sauvignon Blanc or Cava Sparkling Wine. Start with a trio of the day appetiser, followed by the Hokkien-style bak kut teh. The nourishing herbal broth is stewed with Sakura pork ribs and served with deep-fried dough fritters. For mains, a must-have here is the Mandarin chicken rice — tender and boneless pieces of chicken accompanied by a dark soya sauce made exclusively for the restaurant. Alternatively, opt for the crowd-pleasing lobster laksa at an additional $10. End on a sweet note with either the chendol or the signature coconut ice cream, topped with crunchy walnuts and a medley of tropical fruits served in a coconut husk.
