Dear AA,

I would like to express my gratitude to your crew for helping to tow my vehicle. Your crew arrived about half an hour after my call, even though it was peak hour and traffic was heavy.

Mr RAGA was very friendly and skillful, and within 15 minutes, my vehicle was towed away. As it was after working hours, Mr Raga arranged to tow my car to my workshop, and I could just go over to the workshop the next day.

All in all, the whole process was very smooth and I would like to commend the well-trained crew who have good understanding with the workshop.
