I had encountered starting issues with my car and I contact AAS for assistance. I would like to express my appreciation for your staff, Mr KY Lee, who was most helpful and polite in arranging for help in a resourceful manner.

I would also like to highlighted the professionalism and courtesy displayed by the tow truck operator, Mr Michael of Gao Express.

The positive attitude and high service levels by both Mr Ky Lee and Mr Michael deserve commendation and praise.
