Dear AA,

I am writing to thank your staff Ms BERNICE LEE who attended to my telephone call.

I was trying to renew my Membership but I encountered some technical difficulties. Ms Bernice Lee was very patient and kind in guiding me through the various steps in uninstalling the AAS app and installing the new AAS app. She helped me through the payment method and advised me on renewing for 5 years Membership as the benefits were much more favourable. I am glad I took her advice as I later realised it was indeed the best option!

Throughout the renewal exercise, Ms Bernice Lee was very polite and patient, even when I was slow in performing the various steps in setting up the AAS app and making payment online. I am very grateful to her for helping me and I would like to extend my thanks to her.
