November/December 2022 Edition

Dear AA Members,

In September, AA Singapore co-organised the AA Emergency Preparedness on the Road event with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), Traffic Police (TP) and Singapore Road Safety Council (SRSC). The event was graced by Guest-of-Honour Associate Professor Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim, Minister of State, Ministry of Home Affairs & Ministry of National Development. Guest speakers from SCDF, TP and BCC Automotive, shared their insights on how motorists can better respond during vehicle fire situations and how motorists should react when emergency vehicles are approaching.

With the holiday season approaching, international travel is rebounding and travellers are gradually regaining confidence and comfort in travelling for leisure. In this coming November and December, the AA Autoventure™ team will be embarking on two Autoventure™ trips – a 7D6N Eco-Drive to Jeju Island and Seoul as well as a 11D10N AA Autoventure to Krabi and Phuket, Thailand. The trips have been fully booked and if you are yearning for a travel experience, Members can consider our upcoming 8D7N Autoventure™ Makan Trail and CNY Shopping Trip to Ipoh, Penang & Hat Yai, happening in January 2023, where you can shop and dine while enjoying the beautiful sceneries. Registrations for the Autoventure™ trip to Ipoh, Penang and Hat Yai will close on 16 December 2022, limited slots are available – so do sign up for the trip before it is fully booked! We will also be introducing new travel adventures and locations for Members to sign up and join. Look out for latest updates here.
